Edna - Austin A30 (1956 AV4) - RBM51

Edna is our 1956 Austin A30 van conversion which is also known as an AV4, produced by the Austin Motor Company at the Longbridge plant in Birmingham.

Purchased by us on 19th August 2023 from Doddington in Cambridgeshire, where it was bought back to the Midlands breaking down on its first journey. Luckily we had RAC breakdown cover and was following in the Mercedes.

Since then Edna has been receiving regular maintenance to keep her on the road and she's attended many shows and events including being on the Austin A30/A35 Owners' Club stand at Birmingham's NEC for the Classic Car & Restoration Show. Some of the events we've attended include:
