Percy - Austin A35 (1959 A2S5) - 512FJO
Percy is our 1959 Austin A35 saloon classic car which is also known as an A2S5, produced by the Austin Motor Company at the Longbridge plant in Birmingham.
One of the many things we're lucky to have with Percy is the original logbook which has allowed us to trace some of his history. Some of the details have been obscured here but you can see it's also been a Police staff car.
The logbook mention's a previous owner 'Kathleen Thomas', we were able to trace her through her son who confirmed she still lived at the address on the logbook.
With this in mind we went on a road trip and took Percy to see Kathleen, this gave us the opportunity to grab some photos of Percy with its past owner and present owner at the house it used to be kept at.
